What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from verified PayPal accounts. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a sale we perceive to be suspicious and not from a verified PayPal account. We will notify you and refund the money promptly.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we do offer convenient world-wide shipping via air mail. We ask clients to allow for 21 day delivery although 90% of orders are sent out within 48 hours of being received.

Will I recieve a tracking number?
Yes, you will be alerted when your orders are posted along with any tracking numbers.

What happens if I want to ship a large order?
Maximum weight for Airmail is 2kilo. Please email for advise on larger sized/heavy weight orders. We can send heavy parcels overseas but may have to split into two or more parcels.

Will I be notified if there is a delay?
Should there be any delays for whatever reason we will notify you via email as soon as any problem becomes apparent. On orders of multiple items we often send out what is immediately available and occasionally send out a second parcel with any items that were out of stock. If this is the case we add a note in the parcel.

What happens if parcel becomes lost or damaged in mail?
We will need you to contact us within 24 hours to discuss the situation. We will need the contact name and phone number of your local mail parcel office and will begin inquiry.
